Prevent Leaking to Make Your Roll-Top Tarp Last Longer

What is the primary reason we buy Roll-Top Tarps for our Tipper Trailers?

The answer is simple – to keep the water out and the product inside dry and protected from the elements, right?

So if you are in the market for a new Roll-Top Tarp, chances are you don’t want it to leak….

Often, if a tarp leaks, it is at the front of the bin where the tarp is meant to seal off onto the pelmets. You have probably seem some tarps that don’t seal off probably at this point and pretty soon it becomes a leak path for the rain when you are heading along the highway.

This is why all Tail-Wind Tarps Roll-Top Tarps come fitted with a Fully Welded Webbing Reinforcement (no stitching holes to leak) at the front and back of the tarp.

Three Very Important Features

From one simple piece of webbing

It pulls tighter around the pelmet than the actual PVC does, meaning it seals the tarp front and back preventing any leakages.

It keeps the tarp tight on the bin reducing wind flap and preventing premature aging of the PVC fabric.

It also has the added advantage of creating an in-built wear strip front and back to make the tarp longer lasting and combat wearing when opening and shutting the Roll-Top.

The Tail-Wind Tarp Advantage

Fully Welded Webbing Reinforcements are built-in on every Roll-Top Tarp we manufacture in our state-of-art factory, whatever the dimensions or style of the tarp.

It’s just one of the things we do to give our customers the peace of mind and quality they expect!
